Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you read our terms and conditions fully before booking.

1. A £50 -100 non refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. By paying this deposit ou have agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. A £50 refundable security deposit is required with the balance of payment, £100 for our Movie Night experience and light up numbers .This covers any loss, damage, breakages or extra cleaning that may be required. This will then be refunded within 3 working days minus any deductions if applicable.

3. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event, full payment is due, if you cancel within 14 days 50% of the fee will be due

4.The hirer is fully responsible for any loss or damage to tents or equipment, missing props etc. Therefore, if the security deposit is insufficient to cover the costs you must agree to pay all costs to rectify this.

5.We accept no responsibility or liability for damage or injury to any member of your party that may occur whilst you are in occupation of your tents.

6.My night under the stars ask that customers refrain from allowing any food or drink, makeup, nail varnish, slime or pets on the hire equipment.

7. Its the responsibility of the hirer to ensure there is sufficient access and space for the tents, the hirer will be responsible for any movement of furniture.

8.Whilst my night under the stars will do everything possible to ensure we arrive at the time and date agreed, however, no responsibility or liability can be accepted for delays due to road accidents or severe traffic problems.

9. My night under the stars reserves the right to not provide the equipment should payment not be received by the due date

10. If hiring our movie equipment we ask that if this is set up outside you move all electrical items and screen inside for overnight storage until we collect the next day, full instructions will be given and all items are full responsibility of the hirer until we collect.

11. All Balloon displays are the customers responsibility, once we leave the balloons with you, it is the customers responsibility to dispose or remove the balloons, any props or equipment used will be collected by My night under the stars as arranged.

12. Balloons are a choking hazard and should be kept away from small children.

13. The Customer/hirer are fully responsible for the safe keeping for all items hired from My Night Under the Stars and as such if items are returned damaged, missing or stolen, the hirer agrees to pay for damaged goods or the full amount of the hired items if missing or stolen.

14. Collections must be from the address you have agreed with us at booking. We cannot change the collection address.

15. Please take care of our lights and keep things safe.

Do not leave the lights unattended when switched on.

Do NOT attach glue dots, blu tack or sell

Ensure they are on a dry, flat and level surface at all times - NOT grass.

They are not waterproof, so keep them dry and covered.

Do not sit or lean on the lights, or use them to rest any items.

They are not drinks stands. This can damage the paint and electrics.

Please supervise children and pets to avoid them falling over.

You are liable for their use and safety in your hire time

16. The letters & numbers must remain in situ at the agreed venue where they have been delivered too, and not be moved by the venue or guests to minimise their risk of damage.

17. £200 will be charged for full replacement of letters or numbers if damaged beyond repair

18. Payment of your invoice confirms you understand these terms. If we need to take action to recover for damages or re-collection, you will also be liable for the additional cost of making that claim.
